Drying chamber "SKO-022"
NUTS ROTARY SORTER "NRS-4M"

  • Nuts rotary sorter «NRS-4M» is applied to sorting walnuts according the size (GOST 16832-71.). The grading machine can be completed with working drums with other sizes of holes for calibration of other foodstuff: hazel nuts, chestnuts etc.
  • Productivity of the grading machine depends on speed of rotation of a working drum and makes from 350 to 1200 kg/hour (depending on amount of fractions and necessary carefulness of calibration).
  • Working drum contains 4 gage section.
  • Standard screen sizes of a working drum (for calibration of walnuts): 20, 25, 30 and 40 mm (or under the individual order).
  • Speed of rotation of a working drum is adjusted by an electronic regulator in a range from 1 up to 30 rev/min.
  • Power supply voltage - 220 V. Power consumption – 1.2 kW.
  • The weight of the machine is 472 kg.
  • Its dimensions are 5150 È 2220 È 1070 mm.

WALNUTS CRACKER "ODM-994/250"

  • The machine is intended for clearing walnut cores of a shell;
  • Productivity - 270 nuts per min. (200-250 kg/hour);
  • The machine has mechanisms for regulation of backlashes between the hammers (from 0 up to 5 mm) and hammer impact force for effective split of nuts of various sizes (nuts sorting not needed);
  • Parameters of electric power supply: AC voltage (380 ± 22) V, frequency (50 ± 1) Hz;
  • Power consumption - no more than 1,6 kW.
  • Machine dimensions: 725 È 905 È 1690 mm;
  • Net weihgt: 360 kg.

DRYING CHAMBER "SKO 396/70"

Hot-air drying chamber “SKO-396/70” is intended for drying walnuts in a shell.
In case of installation in the chamber of pallets from stainless steel the chamber can be used also for drying walnuts kernel and other foodstuff, which temperature range of drying - from 30 up to 70Ïó.
Basic characteristics of the drying chamber:
  • A range of temperature regulation in the chamber: from (20 ± 10) Ïó up 70Ïó;
  • Quantity of pallets inside the chamber - 12 pieces;
  • Size of pallets - 800 È 700 È 70 mm;
  • General area of pallets - 6,72 m2; Total volume of pallets - 0,47 m3;
  • Maximal power supply consumption: 6,55 kW (including the capacity consumed by thermoelectric heaters - 6 kW);
  • Parameters of electric power supply: AC voltage (380 ± 22) V, frequency (50 ± 1) Hz;

DRYING CHAMBER "SKO 022"

 Hot-air drying chamber “SKO-022” is intended for drying walnuts kernel, fruit, vegetables and other foodstuff in temperature range from 30 up to 70Ïó.
Drying chamber “SKO-022” contains pallets with grids from the polyamide materials that are allowed to application in contact to foodstuff.
Basic characteristics of the drying chamber:
  • A range of temperature regulation in the chamber: from (20 ± 10)ÏC up 70Ïó;
  • Quantity of pallets inside the chamber - 22 pieces;
  • Size of pallets - 995x700x50 mm (external); 945x650x50 mm (internal).
  • General area of pallets - 13,5 m2; Total volume of pallets - 0,68 m3;
  • Maximum permissible useful weight: 24 kg per pallet, total for chamber - 528 kg. In the chamber it is possible to place 200-250 kg of walnuts kernel (depending on the size of fraction);
  • A material used for manufacturing of pallets: a screen cloth from a polyamide material 1800/61 WH PW Saatifil PA (Italy);
  • Maximal power supply consumption: 6,55 kW (including the capacity consumed by thermoelectric heaters - 6 kW);
  • Parameters of electric power supply: AC voltage (380 ± 22) V, frequency (50 ± 1) Hz;
  • Overall dimensions of the chamber: (1409 È 1100 È 2285) mm;

DRYING CHAMBER "SKO 022-90"

 Hot-air drying chamber “SKO-022-90” is intended for drying walnuts kernel, fruit, vegetables and other foodstuff with high initial humidity in temperature range from 30 up to 90 Ïó. The chamber of model “SKO-022-90” has in 2 times more thermal capacity and 2 levels of automatic control of technological modes of drying also.
Basic characteristics of the drying chamber:
  • A range of temperature regulation in the chamber: from 30 ± 10ÏC up 70Ïó;
  • Quantity of pallets inside the chamber - 22 pieces;
  • Size of pallets - 995x700x50 mm (external); 945x650x50 mm (internal).
  • General area of pallets - 13,5 m2; Total volume of pallets - 0,68 m3;
  • Maximum permissible useful weight: 24 kg per pallet, total for chamber - 528 kg. In the chamber it is possible to place 200-250 kg of walnuts kernel (depending on the size of fraction);
  • A material used for manufacturing of pallets: a screen cloth from a  polyester material
    of manufacture firm Saatifil PA (Italy);
  • Maximal power supply consumption:
    - At the first level of automatic control: 12.55 kW (including the capacity consumed by thermoelectric  heaters - 12 kW);
    - At the second level of automatic control: 6.55 kW (including the capacity consumed by thermoelectric heaters - 6 kW);
  • Parameters of electric power supply: AC voltage (380 ± 22) V, frequency (50 ± 1) Hz;
  • Overall dimensions of the chamber: (1409 È 1100 È 2285) mm;
  • Weight of the chamber: (420 ± 10) kg.

 


VIBROSIEVE-CALIBRATOR "VSC-4N"

  • Productivity of the machine - 850 kg/hour (average for walnut kernel).
  • Power supply voltage - 380 V. Power consumption – 3,5 kW.
  • The weight of the machine is 800 kg.
  • Its dimensions are 3957 È 2596 È 2563 mm.
  • Vibrosieve-calibrator “VSC-4N” (Screen shaker) is applied to size separation (according to requirements of GOST 16833-71) and clearing of impurity of walnut kernel . Replaceable screen decks with the various sizes of holes allowto make calibration other food-stuff also.
  • For calibration of nucleus of walnuts in the machine there are 3 replaceable screen decks with the sizes of holes 18, 8 and 4x25 mm, and also a stationary sieve with the size of holes 2 mm.
  • Vibration is created with two powerful “é÷-104â-6”. Force output of electrovibrators may be varied to decrease stroke. Oscillation frequency of electrovibrators - 16,7 Hz.
  • Products from the bunker moves with help shaking feeder (electromagnetic vibrator EMK-2).
  • Industrial exhaust installation “÷õ-3200” (aspirator) is applied to clearing a product of impurity. Its power consumption - 2.25 kW.

INSPECTION TABLE

Inspection table is intended for manual inspection and sorting of walnuts and other foodstuff. Working surfaces of a table are made of food stainless steel.

  • Sizes of a working surface of a table (length È width È depth): 1080 È 600 È 50 mm.
  • Overall dimensions of a table (length È width È): 1990 È 600 mm, height is adjusted - from 880 up to 1170 mm.
  • Weight - 45 kg.
