State Enterprise “Special Design and Technology Bureau of the G.S.Pisarenko Institute for Problems  of  Strength  (http://www.ipp.kiev.ua)   of  the  National  Academy  of  Sciences  of  Ukraine”
(SE “SD&TB IPS NASU”) was founded in 1972.
     The basic direction of activity of SD&TB is the development of equipment for testing materials and structural elements under extreme conditions, creating advanced scientific and process equipment.
     Now SD&TB has more than 2500 m2 laboratory and working area, modern equipment, highly skilled scientific and industrial personnel.

SD&TB will become a reliable partner for you if it is necessary to carry out research efforts and development projects in the following areas:

  • development of techniques and equipment for testing materials and structural elements under extreme conditions;
  • development of methods and means of failure protection of structural elements under the influence of high - energy pulses; 
  • development of equipment for restoring and hardening machine parts by coatings with high thermomechanical stability;
  • development of equipment for diagnostics of fatigue failure of structural elements;
  • development of simulators of motion of wheel and caterpillar machines for training complexes;
  • development of advanced process equipment for the food, chemical, and building  industries, municipal services etc.

      At your order, the SD & TB pilot factory will manufacture test or process equipment, non-standard accessories,  tool sets, spare parts to the equipment of various purposes , thermoelectric heaters of any configuration and capacity, steel-works of any complexity.

       Our test and process equipment is used in research centers of Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Korea, and China. Our food processing equipment is delivered to　enterprises of Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kirghizia, Armenia, Turkey, Romania, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Syria, Iran and Lebanon. Our patrons are enterprises of a machine-building, railway and municipal transportation, agriculture, building and other industries
