TESTING MACHINES

Modernization of testing machines

 

Cost of modernization of the old-fashioned testing equipment is much less than cost of the new equipment. Modernization of testing machines is performed by replacing of old-fashioned measuring sensors and measuring systems to the modern ones, providing the automated acquisition and experimental data processing with  special developed software. Precision inductive and optoelectronic (encoder) displacement sensors, precision load cells of firms “Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik GmbH” (î÷í), “Megatron”, “Microtech” etc., multifunctional USB-modules and measuring systems of firms “Data Translation”, “National Instruments”, “HBM” which are world leaders in development of diverse products for testing equipment, are used for modernization of testing machines.

Multichannel measuring stations
 

We execute orders in developing of multichannel measuring systems for test stands, deformation and  thermal conditions inspection of complex engineering objects. Measuring systems are based on the multichannel devices “MGCplus” and “QuantumX” firms “HBM”, USB-modules of firms “National Instruments” and “Data Translation”.
