Dynamic platforms with a hydraulic drive

Dynamic platforms (Simulator of cabin dynamics) are applied in tank gunnery simulators, tank crew simulators and combat simulators; dynamics test systems for check fire control equipment; dynamic driving simulators for drivers of ground transport vehicles (Battle tanks, Armored infantry fighting vehicles, Armored transport vehicles, trucks, and so on). Dynamic platforms are intended for simulation various road conditions and external influences during tests or training in stationary conditions of test laboratories or educational divisions.

MATERIALS, TECHNOLOGIES, AND STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS FOR DAMPING
HIGH-ENERGY PULSE ACTION

  • SD&TB develops methods for production of  hard composite materials from para-aramid fibers and manufacturing structural elements from special-purpose steels, ceramics, and composite materials for protection of carriers or stationary objects against high-energy pulse action.

  • The materials and structural elements developed ensure reduction of high-explosive action of standard elements of reactive explosive protection more than 2 times and allows protection of structural elements from splinters with the weight up to 4 g and velocity up to 2000 m/s.

  • Our experts develop original welding technologies for armored steel, which provide high uniformity of the chemical composition of welds (similar to the chemical composition of the welded steel), high strength of welded elements under conditions of powerful high-explosive action at a considerably lower (in comparison with standard technologies) cost and considerably higher welding rate.

  • We develop special structural elements, which allow damping powerful  (up to1.5-2 GPa or 7000 kN) axial high explosive actions on protected objects.
