Spring tester ST-01-5

Application

Spring tester ST-01-5 is intended for compression tests of brake assembly springs in compliance with the instructions regulating these tests during maintenance service of aviation engineering. The device provides during tests of springs the setting either specified spring length and measurement of the appropriate load, or the setting specified load and measurement of the appropriate spring length with necessary accuracy.

Design features

  • Load measurements are carried out by the precision strain gauge S÷á-500L and the weight terminal CODA II;
  • Spring deformation measurements are carried out by precision digital electronic scale ûã÷-200-0.01;
  • Regulation of spring deformation rate over a wide range with the help of an electromechanical drive;
  • Shields for protection of  operating personal at fracture of springs while testing.
